(RETSA) and PARACAS S.A., dedicated to the production and commercialization of seafood. operates five shrimp farms (500 ha), producing near to 2000 MT per year. The system utilized is semi-intensive, with low environmental impacts and high yields. Also, the company participates in three shrimp hatcheries. operates a processing plant for seafood products, with a capacity of 25 MT per day, including conventional and cryogenic freezing systems, and diverse equipment for special products and presentations (deveined, peeled, easy peel, pre-cooked, etc.).


	This plant operates with high standards and strict quality control (System HACCP); It's qualified to export to the United States, EC (European Community), Latin America and Asia. At present, the principal markets in which our products are sold are: Europe, the United States, Latin America and Asia. Furthermore, promotes and participates in research and development projects: Development of new products. Studies on technologies directed towards environmental impact reduction. Research to improve genetics and production in aquaculture.
