Redclaw are farmed under controlled aquaculture conditions to produce a consistent quality product. This product is available all year round and is a more healthy alternative to typical seafood, due to the relatively low levels of fat, cholesterol and salt. Redclaw are available in a wide variety of sizes and can be packed live, frozen or cooked frozen. Packaging sizes vary from 1kg (2.2 lb) packs to 10kg (22 lb) boxes.
