As of December 31, 2009, the Company had 127 wholly owned subsidiaries in Albania, Argentina, Australia, Bahamas, Belarus, Belgium, Canada, China and Chile, among others, and 15 majority owned subsidiaries in Thailand, Saudi Arabia, Morocco, Malaysia, Madagascar and Lebanon, among others. The Company also had, as of December 31, 2009, six minority owned subsidiaries in Tunisia, New Zealand, Kuwait, Jordan, Iran and Indonesia
