Some of The Ministry of Development tasks include the proposal and implementation of government policy on infrastructure and land transport, air and sea at the state, and control, management and administrative regulation of transport services concerned, the management and upper address of all postal and telegraph services, the momentum and direction of government services relating to astronomy, geodesy, geophysics and mapping, and planning and programming of investments for infrastructure and services mentioned.
The Development Ministry is structured in the following organs directly under the Head of Ministry:
The Secretary of State for Planning and Infrastructure, which oversees the Secretariat General of Infrastructures.
The Secretary of State for Transport, which oversees the Secretariat General for Transport.
The General Secretariat for Institutional Relations and Coordination.
