Irvin & Johnson Limited is a food procurement, processing and trading company. It has four divisions namely Prepared food division, Sales & Distribution division, Seafoods division and the International Division.

The prepared food division produces and markets a range of frozen vegetables, pastry products, burgers and pizzas.

The sales and distribution division distributes all the company's frozen products and other franchised products manufactured by its contractual partners and the seafoods division is involved in fishing for deep-sea white fish using the company's own fleet of trawlers, one of the largest in the southern hemisphere.

The international division comprises I & J Foods Ltd, marketing in Australia and the Pacific Rim and Juno Holdings Ltd, the European and Northern Hemisphere marketing arm of I & J.

Sales & distribution division accounted for 60% of fiscal 1999 revenues; seafoods division, 17%; prepared foods division, 12% and international division, 11%.
