Detailed Selling Lead Description

Subject: Russian Federation ++ Demand Attention ++ Vyacheslav Shipuk (WorldFishex LLC., USA, Salem) SWINDLER

Message:

Dear Friends, we would like to inform you that even in situation of worldwide globalization of the fish market, there are some companies as WORLDFISHEX LLC., Salem (General Director is VYACHESLAV SHIPUK, anyway he is saying so). Beginning of June, 2010 - Vyacheclav Shipuk, during his visit to Moscow, asked Fly Fish, Ltd about prompt meeting. The purpose of this meeting was making a request for a help of Fly Fish, Ltd under the fact that WorldFishex LLC and Fly Fish had been in partnership relations for 4 years. So, WorldFishex LLC had around 746 750 kilos of saury Japanese origin which had being gotten stuck in Kaliningrad, Russia for a month because buyer of this cargo decided not to pay under the contract. In order to solve this problem and under our former cooperation, Vyacheslav Shipuk asked Fly Fish Ltd to help him - cover whole amount of the sum under invoice #030-10 dated 20/ 01/2010 (contact # 191009/1 dated 19/10/2009) in quantity of 612 335.00 usd in order to release the cargo and cover whole amount of the sum under contacts 26/06/10/1 and 26/06/10/2 dated 26th of June, 2010 in quantity of 7 572 691 rubles or 256 701 usd in order to cover all demurrage and coldstore expenses to the container line agent based in Kaliningrad. So, all sum required had been transferred by Fly Fish under the contact and invoices mentioned in a specified period of time. But, it should be noted that the main terms of the deal were:

- Repayment of the money in a full amount which Fly Fish Ltd paid to cover demurrage and coldstore expenses under GUARANTEE LETTER dated 6th of July, 2010 which was issued by WorldFishex LLC 6th of July, 2010

- Because of the fact that current prices for saury of that period were much more lower on Russian market then Vyacheslav Shipuk needed to be paid in order to release the cargo, WorldFishex LLC agreed and issued for Fly Fish ltd credit-notes #03-10 and 04-10 under the contract 191009/1 dated 19th of October 2009 in total sum of 197 395.50 usd which will be paid back to Fly Fish during August- December, 2010

So, total sum of money to be paid back is 454 096.50 usd which has not been covered to Fly Fish till now in spite of numerous letters of request.

Meanwhile of this story with saury, Vyacheslav Shipuk undertook an attempt to trick our company second time by selling to Fly Fish 43 tons of oilfish from Ecuador for total sum 190 920 usd and following payment terms: 50% (95 460,00 usd before loading cargo in Ecuador) and 50% payment after 25 days after departure of container. 6th of July, 2010 first part of payment was done. When container of oilfish was near to Saint-Petersburg, we asked Vyacheslav Shipuk for drafts of loading document, but instead we got a reply that drafts will be provided only after second part of transfer would be made. After getting from us negative reply and insisting for copies of loading documents, Vyacheslav undertook an attempt to resell this container to another Russian importer as Atlant Pacific under prompt prepayment terms which had been done. As a result, neither Fly Fish Ltd nor Atlant Pacific has been seen money prepaid and container with a cargo till present time. For information of the readers of this article, we would like to note that Atlant Pacific already win its case in arbitrage court of Russia. Fly Fish has still not covered balance under this deal in sum of 95 460.00 usd.

So, total amount which has been stolen by Vacheslav Shipuk (WorldFishex LLC., USA, Salem) from Fly Fish Ltd. (Moscow, Russia) is 549 556.00 usd. Please pay attention that after investigation we found out that there are few Russian companies as Atlant Pacific, Ultra Fish, DalPromInvest and etc which suffer from activity of WorldFishex LLC. We know that this company represented by Vyacheslav Shipuk and his brother Vitaly Shipuk is still trying to have deals with Ukrainian import companies and they should know that they could have not pleasant result of this cooperation in the future.

Of course, there are different times in business and life – difficult and visa-versa – but every person taken responsibility must follow the words given and if Vyacheslav Shipuk admitted his guilt and paying back even some small part of his debts monthly, people could follow his problems. But Vyacheslav Shipuk decided to become a thief who is destroyed his and his family reputation

Dear Colleagues,

Please be aware of following companies of Vyacheslav Shipuk and his brother
Vitaly Shipuk.
