Salmon price status at week 41

Fresh salmon export volumes for week 40 are down compared to week 39 but 689 tonnes up compared to week 40 last year. Fish Pool Index (FPI) estimates for week 40 are at NOK 22.38, reports Fish Pool ASA.
The Fish Pool Index reports that in the last four weeks salmon prices -- Spot Market Prices (for fresh salmon between 3 kg and 6 kg, FCA Oslo) and export volumes were as follows:

Fish Pool Forward prices
The forward price reflects the expectations of the Fish Pool's members for the next 24 months. The prices are assessed by contracts made as well as interests to buy or sell at Fish Pool and are indications for information purposes only.
The operations for November were last traded at NOK 27.00 whereas those belonging to the fourth quarter of 2012 were traded at NOK 27.25 compared to NOK 27.50.
The contracts for the first quarter of 2013 were set at NOK 30.50 and the operations for April were traded at NOK 31.00.
Meanwhile, the contracts for the year 2013 were traded at NOK 30.50 compared to NOK 31.00. The last time they had been traded at NOK 30.50.
