This dinner event will be held at The Back Eddy Restaurant in Westport, Massachusetts. Chef/Owner of The Back Eddy and The East Coast Grill, Chris Schlesinger is a close colleague of Julia's and has prepared a wonderful assortment of dishes using local produce and seafood all served overlooking the beautiful Westport River. More information about Chris and The Back Eddy can been viewed on www.thebackeddy.com. Julia has been a WFN Member for over a decade. She was instrumental in organizing many Fish Expo workshops featuring cooking demonstrations between the Women's Fisheries Network and Women's Culinary Guild.
