PNIPA fosters the enabling environment for sectoral innovation and co-finances R & D & I projects, mobilizing actors through innovation networks by value chains.

The strategic alliances presented to the PNIPA Contest have the following services and tools to achieve successful applications for the benefit of the Fisheries and Aquaculture sector:

• Outreach and training workshops in the four categories of the PNIPA Contest: these are held in the six macro-regions where the PNIPA operates and include training on the online system of the contest.
• Technical assistance via telephone and email on the online system and the PNIPA Contest.
• Virtual courses on the PNIPA Contest through the Chamilo platform.
• Personalized attention through meetings agreed in advance with our teams in Lima and the macro-regions.
