Norway Seafoods sells its French salmon processing plants

Norway Seafoods has successfully completed negotiations with Groupe Coopératif Maisadour for the sale of its processing and sales operations in France.
The transaction would be about between EUR 3.3 million and EUR 3.6 million and will be determined according to the inventory level at the time of finishing the transaction. The sale is expected to be completed between October and December this year.
Delpeyrat company, a foie gras producer and a subsidiary of Maisadur, announced it will acquire two processing plants from the Norwegian company Norway Seafoods, as part of its plan to expand into the smoked salmon processing areas.
