Skretting Italia SpA will focus on fish feed activities and will will begin operating officially on 3 October 2011.
Previously the Skretting activities were conducted as part of Hendrix SpA, the original Nutreco company in Italy.
Following this latest development there will be two operating companies: Skretting Italia SpA and Trouw Nutrition Italia SpA (a company producing premixes and integrators), both with production facilities at the site in Mozzecane.
As from the same date Hendrix SpA will become a service company supporting the two operating companies with administrative and other services, ranging from quality assurance and logistics to IT and back office functions.
