The group has four  separate functions that operate as a vertically integrated unit – Hjatland Hatcheries Limited (smolt production),  Hjaltland Seafarms Limited (farming and production); Lerwick Fish Traders Limited (harvesting, primary, secondary and value adding processing ) and Shetland Products Limited (sales and marketing).

The Grieg Seafood Hjaltland is the largest salmon production company is Shetland exporting Atlantic farmed salmon to markets across Europe, the Far East, South Africa, the USA and Canada. 

Grieg Seafood Hjaltland UK Ltd. has built up a large customer network in the UK and worldwide. Shetland Products  exporting Atlantic farmed salmon to markets across Europe, the Far East, South Africa, the USA and Canada the Wildwater product range is also sold directly in to a number of the larger supermarket chains in UK, as Tesco, Asda...
